Payment & Ordering: 

  • We don't have any MOQ's so any order type or volume is welcome.
  • Payment is due up front unless otherwise discussed.
  • We accept all major Credit Cards, you're also welcome to use our payment installment option, this allows you to make 4 payments over time.

Online MAP Policy: 

  • Products that are being sold online are not allowed to be discounted.
  • Products are not restricted to in-store discounting. 
  • All product & lifestyle imagery is available for our e-commerce partners, please contact us for more details. 

Shipping & Returns Policy: 

** Important Notice to International Customers - While we do ship internationally, shipping costs are estimated at checkout and are subject to change. We are not responsible for eventual duties & taxes if requested by Customs. If you have your own FedEx account, or a freight forwarding service, please contact us directly.

  • We are not able to create return labels for international orders, however if you would like to send anything back to us for a refund, our return address is at the bottom of this page. 

Shipping: 

  • Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 5 days of purchase.
  • Average shipping timeframes within the United States are 3-7 business days. **If your purchase is needed urgently, please contact us directly & we'll do our best to accommodate.
  • Shipping Costs are determined by weight & are provided at in the shipping point of our checkout process. 

Returning: 

  • We offer free return shipping within the United States. 
  • In the unlikely event you received a defective item, please reach out immediately and we will send a replacement as soon as possible. 
  • If the product is simply not working out - we will accept it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Please reach out to our care team at: customersupport@happyplacebrand.com, we will email you a pre-paid USPS return shipping label in PDF format.
