A: We do not have any order or cost minimums, we try to keep our portal as user friendly and inclusive as possible.
Q: Do you offer Net Terms?
A: At this time, we generally ask that payment is made up-front, however if you have a question or concern regarding this, please contact us directly.
Q: How often are your products restocked?
A: We do product restocks & new product drops a few times a year, generally with every or every other season. If you're looking for a specific product or colorway, please don't hesitate to reach out for more information.
Q: How quickly do orders get shipped out?
A: Our average lead time to is 2-4 business days. We ship everything via FedEx, which is generally very quick to deliver.
Q: I'm ready to order, what does the process look like?
A: Simple! You'll need to log in using the email & password you used to register. Once logged in, head to a specific collection or our catalog of product in the main menu. Once you've selected a product & color, you'll see an order form below the product photos with access to enter all of your needed quantities in each size.
Q: Am I able to return an item or order?
A: Yes you can, we offer free return shipping anywhere in the US within 30 days of delivery. We can issue a refund or store credit as soon as the product is received.
